schola linguarum

Hello, whoever you are. Welcome to schola linguarum! You might be wondering what the name of this site means. The two words are not English, not at all. They are Latin! The first word schola means school, and the second word linguarum, the genitive plural (a grammatical term for the possessive form of a noun) of the word lingua, meaning language. My purpose of setting up this website, as the name of the site shows, i.e. school of languages, is to provide a platform for people to practice languages. Since I am an English teacher. A portion of this website is devoted to English exercises. Yet, since I also know some French and Latin. There are also exercises for the two languages. Hope you enjoy the exercises I make using the freeware Hot Potatoes.
